Notes on prices
Our accommodation prices include all costs.Prices for the villa, not per person, with a maximum of 7 persons.To confirm a reservation a 20% deposit payment is required,and the balance is due 6 weeks before the start of your holiday. Flexible changeover day for Change over days are flexible for 2 plus weeks. For 1week ask me . Minimum reservation period is 7 nights. Arrival 2 noon, departure 11am.
